sliding door problems

Hi All i am currently having problems with my sliding door, it comes off the rails and it seems to have dropped a little, it even came off when i opened it. Any suggestions please

Might be worth checking out GoWesty's video(s) on sliding door maintenance, then check your door out and see which part(s) have failed or in need of replacement/repair;
