Where to buy a replacement Sun Visor Hinge?

The hinge that allows the Sun visor to rotate has broken on one of mine. Can I buy a replacement anywhere or do I need to replace the whole thing?

I bought some on eBay a while back. Think there were lots on there.

I couldn't find any so I replaced the whole unit.

Yea I was worried that would be the case. Another 20 quid gone lol
