I don't normally watch Youtube links, but I just spent half an hour watching some of VisioRacers posts = flip, some cool stuff.
Then I got side tracked watching giant antique Diesel engines too  8)

Nicest sounding race engine I ever heard was an Aston Martin DBR9 = WOW, just WOW

Mind you, a proper 1980's UR10 Quatro getting some stick up a Welsh mountain rally dirt track in the dark is hard to beat. "Banshee wail" comes to mind :D 8)

Wish I had been at Le Mans in the mid- 80's to early 90's.
Jag V12, Porsche flat 6, Aston V8, Mazda rotary, Sauber/Merc V8, Peugot V10... all so distinctive sounding.

There used to be a guy down the road from us that specialised in these. Van Nerop I think his name was. He had a beauty, full kinda race / rally spec mechanically, but with a gorgeous leather interior with the digifant dash

There was a demo of the Group 5 Sports Cars at Goodwood last weekend. Derek Bell was driving one of them.

It was chuffin freezing and a couple of bad accidents tainted the day. There were a couple of T25s in the forward viewing, one had an Ottinger rear bumper. Would have stopped to say hello but needed to keep walking to avoid hypothermia!
