holes in body for gas/power/water + fitting kitchen cabinet?

Hello.
I have two questions that hopefully someone here can answer:
1) What is the "correct" location for the holes in the body (LHD T3 with Mosaik interior) for the connections for power and water supply + gas exhaust for the refrigirator?
2) How is the Westfalia Mosaik kitchen cabinet attached/fitted to the body? Does anyone have an installation manual?
