Just after peoples thoughts and experiences, knowledge on these motors.
Looking at a 2002 year 1.6 petrol with 170k on the clock (high mileage).

Got a 2.0 and it is a good car, as long as regular serviced etc then should be fine

Ended up with a 2.0 2000 model with 81k on clock . Can't wait to pick it up
Gonna make it our next little project
