I have the original Caravelle white padded stuff but it looks pretty grubby, stained and stuff, even after a thorough clean.
So what do you have in your VW and do you like it?

same as you. although i have thought about staining it black, using the same stuff people use to dye seats etc.

Thats an interesting idea, i've never even thought of that. What sort of condition is yours in? I think mines probably suffered a bit over the years - I did give it several hours of elbow grease and it looks better than it did before, but still looks a bit unsightly. I was thinking of actually carpeting it, but time and money are few and far between!

Was done by a professional company by the previous owner in about 1998 when the windows were fitted, before that it was a delivery van.

Moulded fiberglass covered in grey carpet type material.

Did you buy the mould or make it yourself?

Sounds a great way of riding the roof up.
