ATF leak

Hi All. I've recently noticed that the van is losing a bit of ATF. The pan gasket I can do but I've seen conflicting advice on whether the cork gasket is enough or whether it needs extra sealant. Has anyone got experience of doing this?

The pan gasket on mine is rubber as is my spare one.It does not leak.
Sealant is not needed.

I'm thinking I might have forgotten and be mixing it up with the rocker cover one

Might be worth replacing the ATF filter as well mate.

I sheared a bolt off mine taking the pan off complete with a piece of corner casting!!!! Now one corner is clamped between 2 penny washers and an m6 bolt!!!! Are you sure you are losing it from the pan seal and not the internal seals between the auto and final drive or from the seal in the torque convertor?
