Hi All
II'm new here, run a 1985 Karisma hitop.
Had a great new year camping in it, but at 11.30 PM the slding door fell off !
Got it back on before the chimes though.
Seems like the wheel thing under the external cover plate had broken in half.
Got a replacement coming from A guy in Surrey who does bits.
Anybody else had that happen ?

I rescued my '85 t25 camper from languishing for three years, put her in the shop to have the MOT work done, on her maiden legal voyage, a bloke gave way to me at the roundabout on the way home from work, as I said thanks and turned right over the little painted blob in the road, I felt a draught, looked round to see a gaping hole in side of the van, the sliding door was hanging by it's bottom runner, dragging the corner on the road! As a consequence the door now has to come completly off to sort the damage. so never fear, you are not the only 1!

I had a sliding door slide completely off and land on a mini behind me in 1990 in Shaftesbury!!
Had tol bolt it back on and then couldn't use it anymore..she was a rusty old bird anyway...ah , happy memories.
