I've lowered my kamper by 70mm my intentions were to fit lowered shocks, but it drives great on standard shocks as van isn't that low even though it's come down the 70mm. so I want to leave standard shocks on but the issue is when it comes to mot the springs will drop out when jacked up,can I cable tie the springs top and bottom to the arms or is there another way.

Drives like a go-kart? If so its probably riding on the bumpstops. You need the correct length dampers for the springs.
Cable ties will last about 0.01 seconds when its jacked up...

Even though it's 70mm Lower its still only 20mm lower than my brothers camper which is standard height.l was thinking of stainless cable ties or stainless cable with a joining clip we hang lighting rigs of these cables and they weigh at least a ton.it handles great better than before and never hit the bump stops.confused.?

The mot man will take one look and say "what are those stainless ties doing there?" Assuming they dont go *ping* and have his eye out!

Have you jacked it up to see what actually happens?
