The second hand Reimo interior I bought for the van came with A Zig unit..Does anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram to wire it up...Cheers

Beware when adjusting the position of the terminals. The brass rivets that join the terminal to the fuse holder break, and when one goes repair work and checks result in more failing.
Easy to fix though. Drill out the holes with a 1/8 drill and refasten using short 1/8 pop rivets. If the rivets are too long you can't get the fuses clipped in.
The other common failure on these was the fridge fuse running hot and melting the plastic housing. Make sure the fuse is a tight fit and is rated well above the current the fridge draws.

I've never understood the advantages of most models of Zig units. They take up space, don't do much and often cause either confusion or actual problems.

A decent split charge setup**, and an auxiliary fuse box is all I have and it works fine. (this is all "imho" and "ymmv" of course )

** = my split charge is a bit non standard actually, but that doesn't make any difference to my views on Zig units.

Aye, and if you do want mains, you can always sling a cable through the window. Can't say I've ever needed mains except for that last bad winter when I was stuck at the bottom of a remote Suffolk valley for THREE months. No way could you get out - unless you used iced picks. Coldest I've ever felt. Luckily I was parked next to a friends cottage or i'd have died in my bed. Pre-propex days that was. Brrrrrrr....
