My speedo packed up today on the way back from Weston-S-Mare. I recon its a cable fault (snapped). As there seems to be an option on the outer.
Slide on or Screw on depending on which type fitted.
My question is can I just swap the inner if I buy the incorrect option.

Nope - I'm pretty sure that the do-dads on each end of the cable would prevent you pulling the cable through the outer!!

Just buy the whole cable.I have never seen just the inner cables for sale anyhow.
