Exhaust mounts

Hi All,
I have both exhaust mounts (rubbers, whatever you want to call them), but can't really find what I need to replace them with. The exhaust is non-standard (it's a powerflow) and I'm a little bit stuck on what to get. I'm assuming that it will currently fail an MOT as it's being held up with wire, and it's the only thing stopping me from taking it to be tested.
Any ideas? Added pics below....

Unless you revert back to a standard set up, your going to have to fabricate some hangers to bolt up to the OE exhaust mounting points. In picture 1 that triangular piece of metal that's attached to the sump is part of the OE mount, the rectangle with 2 bolts at the silencer end would've had a rubber block and 2 studs on it. Unbolt that rectangle plate and use those mounting points. It a bit different mounting wise on the other side but use the same principle.
Then you'll need to make something similar to this for each side:

If you're stuck it might be worth a trip to Powerflow for them to make up the mounts, I guess they've been left on the van the exhaust was originally built up for?

This is what I made up for mine as a temporary fix when I made mine up.
Stainless plate to the standard engine mount. Held with a stainless strap. I did this at both ends of the box as I had the box made to the same dimensions as the originals. Once It was all correctly aligned I welded the plates to the box as per originals. (It had passed the MoT with the temporary straps though)
It looks as though you have made a mistake in not using the the original as a size guide so you can only do this at one end. The other end will have to have a plate to the pipe instead.
The only problem I had was with the tailpipe having too much mass vibrating for the thin sheet that the end of the box was made of (it started to crack), I had to weld a thicker circle of stainless to the end to cure it. Worth remembering when you have a box made.

And don't forget that you need to mount to the engine and not the chassis - VWs system works!

Thanks guys - looks like i'll be making some purchases this weekend! The existing mounts unfortunately completely disintegrated while I was in Germany so had nothing to go on!
I've never tried fabricating anything myself before so looks like this will be a first foray!
