hi all can anyone tell me if the tappets will come up through push rod tube so i can replace them without buying the expensive adjustable tubes or removing the head ,worried about head bolts snapping,thanks for any replies ,,, danny engine is 1.9 petrol df code

No the tubes have to come off.

What's up with the lifters?

they are very noisy on number 3 cylinder ,put in flush and was better for a while now noisy again

What oil are you using?
Have you tried adjusting them?
