Eberspacher B3l faults

Hello all.
Along with other repairs I'm doing to the westy I have been trying to get the night heater working but with no luck.
Its an Eberspacher B3l as fitted as standard to my '82 westy.
Ive had all the components individually working...
glow plug glowing
spark plug sparking
fan running
pump ticking (i have powered up this also with 12v and primed the new line with fuel) also cleaned out the filter
but for some reason it just wont ignite.
I was reading about the thermistors going faulty over time so have replaced them and checked all the wiring for continuity and pulled the ecu and thermostat and visually looked for fried components but nothing.

Any ideas or some initial powering up sequence im missing???

thanks in advance
Alex.

How have you got on?find the problem?

You may hav xceeded the max no of times to start before needing a new ecu?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes it seems to be working now, I swapped on of the thermistors I had replaced for the original and bam it fired up. Still a few teething problems. .
The thermostat red light never comes on and I thought it did when it was on heat.
If you set the temperature on the stat it just seems to cool down and not re ignite to keep the set temp.
But other than that it works well and gets toasty warm.
Oh I did have to change a bearing on the fan as it was noisy but its all good now.

Thanks Alex.
