My 1600 CT has shaken loose the bottom exhaust manifold stud on cylinder three.
Can anyone advise on quickest repair method.
I don't want to disturb the rest of the system which is looking fragile, but I don't have enough clearance to fit a bolt as a replacement.
Thought about welding as a stop gap but I believe the cylinder head is Magnesium or alloy of some sort.
Any advice appreciated.

I think exhaust has to come off
not the answler you want but no quick fixes with studs
loose means the thread is stripped so it needs helicoiling
