Reimo high top 'roof rack'

Hello all,
long time no Post.
I've got a nice shiny Reimo high top that has a Sort of roof rack bit at the back, unfortunately it has no tie down Points in it.
Has anyone else got one. and if So do you have any info as to where to Fit attachment Points to? preferably pictures?
