Replacing led lights

I'm working on my van interior and I want to replace the spot and main strip led lights. The ones currently fitted are old with dead leds, has anyone got any recommendations for suitable 12v led lights?

I bought some similar to these from Maplins (two sets so 8 lights in all) for £10 the lot. Not fitted them yet but have tested them and the light is warm - really pleasant to sit under. Worth checking there and IKEA which will only be selling LED lights this year anyway. I think Maplins do a few different sorts so worth checking their clearance section.

Ah found them. Bit more than a fiver now (£7.49) but they're great lights. Fit in any recesss: http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/pack-of-4-war ... ghts-a53lw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Really good value it has to be said.

Yes these look good, but I'm thinking of keeping the original setup that seems to work well for us ie strip light over kitchen area and spots over bench seat by lockers, I'll keep looking

CVC do led replacements for fluorescent tube if that's what you're after.

Sorry to crash the thread, can you cut the plug off the Maplin LED's and wire them directly to a 12 volt supply?

Got a few festoon bulbs from halfords. They're just as dim as the originals but give off a horrible light. Anyone know if there's an led which goes straight into the internal spots on an autosleeper?
