Can anyone point me towards a decent starter for a 2.1 DJ wbx...its going into a syncro.

I came across the thread below and the idea of the high torque starter sounds interesting

Sorry Irishkeet, can't help you with your question , except don't fit cheap, as they are just that cheap and not cheerful.
Also be careful as even some of the better know brands can be recon .
Some of the Bosch ones I buy are factory recon, bit in saying that can you still get brand new for these vans ?
I had my one reconed by a local specialist, which i thought was the better option.

Aap on ebay 75 quid delivered had it on 6 months and no probs .
Andys auto parts they are on line as well .
