Clutch master effect brakes?

Hello everyone. I have a slow fluid leak from my 1988 t25 1600ccTD water cooled. It seems to be from a rubber boot Under the clutch bleed nipple (cylinder). I've topped the fluid right up but Just wondering if the fluid drops low enough to stop the clutch working, will this also effect the brakes? Thanks

No, there is a weir in the reservoir that separates the systems fluid.

Clutch slave certainly wants replacing either way. The level will keep dropping otherwise.

Indeed, without delay too, when they do go it's time for the truck with the flashing lights ... unless you carry a spare of course :idea
