engine problems dilemma

I have an interesting dilemma for ya all
I have a diesel hightop t25 atlantic van running a JX which has a great interior as you all can appreciate, but it does need bodywork doing i.e seams filler cap area tail gate and window and other areas such as the gutters!.
Make no mistake the van has been well loved it has had loads of parts put on it gearbox turbo water and oil oumps new head to name a few.
Today I have been recovered home after the engine was running rough, sounded like it wasnt firing on 3 cylinders, smoke was comming out of the back and I mean loads of smoke, to top this the van is eating oil!
Prior to this I have had number four injector reconned as the man from the RAC said it needed replacing, He was called out after I noticed it was running rough However, but this didnt work and it almost made the engine worse.
It aint running on all four cylinders so we got it on the RAC wagon and home we went.
So my dillema is
1.Do I spend money finding the problem and then get it done
2. Do I take the JX out and get an aaz put in
3. If the engine is scrap do I recon it or replace it with a good JX
4. Do I get the engine fitted with a AAz or JX then sell it
5. Do I put get the engine done then body work and sell it
6. Sell it as it stands now with a full interior and various parts such as a powersteering rack LHD lights decals e.t.c and other Atlantic goodies which are well sort after.
Which is the better option finacially?
If anyone can help me to see through the mist of my choices. I would be greatfull
Thanks
Steve
