Temporary fix for s damaged high top

Hi.
Like a proper idiot I drove my high top into a low-hanging duct in a car park. I'm to embarrassed to post the images but the fibre glass is badly damaged and you can now see sky from the inside.
Can anyone recommend a material I can use to botch this up? I suppose I'm looking for something waterproof, pliant, very aggressive, and ideally white. It has to cover an area about A2 in size.
Many thanks.

Go to a boat chandlers and get some west epoxy and fibre glass cloth. Place cling film covered board inside roof and build up hole with layers of resin soaked cloth. Needs to be feathered into surrounding glass, look up fibre glass boat repair on YouTube. Good luck!

Just a suggestion - clean up the edges so there's nothing sharp projecting, and apply a patch of Controltac or similar. - You said 'temporary'.
The more permanent solution is a proper glass fibre repair with fibreglass matting laid up in resin plus resin filler on the outside, but I expect you knew that.
Sorry to hear about your 'accident'. There but for the grace of God... etc.
I once managed to jam the roof rack of my series III Landrover under the flourescent ceiling lights in a multi-storey car park. Very embarassing as it was on the exit ramp and I held everyone up for ages unjamming it.

The thing is, it's under gaffer tape now, so I'd have to take that off to show you the damage, but I'd need to put the slightly-more-permanent fix on straight after.
Someone at work mentioned a 'sound deddon pad'. Has anyone heard of that?
Cheers.
