Hi,

I had an advisory this week that the power steering filter and fluid could do with replacing. There's no mention of this topic in Haynes and I can't afford a Bentley manual, but is this a straightforward drain and refill or is there some bleeding involved?

Would welcome comment from anyone with experience of this.

I just slackened off a pipe near the rack and let it drain, you could always syphon what's in the reservoir, run it for a bit then do it again. To bleed the system I just went full lock to full lock, while the van was up on axle stands with the engine running.
Can you spot the old filter?

Where did you buy the filter from mate.

I thought Gunzl had them but you know where to go in the UK
