Has anybody ever fitted the fold down back seat from a Mazda Bongo.
They sit 450mm high, so by sliding forward on the floor rails then folding down , a mattress on the engine cover should end up level with the bed.
There are a lot available and quite cheap

Interesting idea... watching to see what u find out.

as above,I have been thinking about fitting a R&R bed as the Autosleeper effort is a bit crappy and I want one that sits flush with the engine cover
