Evening I bought this window of eBay and I'm going to be fitting it to my van as it will be a better option than the sliding window on the cooker side however when I was going to buy a new seal there is two different types my van is the flush seal type and the window that I have got off of eBay is the Pokey out seal type ... I was told that there is a conversion so I can run this window in my van was wondering where I could get this from or any advice On fitting would be Awsome

It's the hole in the van that determines what type of seal to use not the window.
Provided the window is excatly the same size it should fit using the same type of seal as the original one.
I wouldn't use JK seals though as they are not very snug fitting, the panal conversion ones I had from them had the same gap for van frame and window not like the picture you show below.
Plenty of other sources for claytonrite type with the infil, just measure width of metal and width of glass.
