Sliding window Leaking!!

Hi All,
Please, I could do with some advise!!
The sliding wndow on the side of my A1 Autohomes Camper is letting in water... Is this common?? How can I stop it as I am currently replacing the interior and need this issue resolved before I go to much further..
Does anyone know of any replacement seals I can buy??
Will replacement seals solve the issue??
Are these windows rubbish and I need to seek a non-opening window??
