How to build a cupboard unit for hob/grill?

I have a pretty much empty Caravelle with a rock n roll bed and some curtains in! Id like to build a fairly basic unit in which to place a portable (ideally id like it to be permanent) double hob with grill. Id like it to house the gas bottle and perhaps the water butt too.

Any pointers on how to do this? Also how to fix it to the floor? Im a real novice! I've looked on eBay for second hand t25 units but really they are so pricey for what they are and might not fit in the van. I think Id like to fix it so that it is back to back with either the passenger seat (where sliding door is) or the drivers seat, so it's facing inwards. I've fitted a skylight to help with condensation.

Thanks would really appreciate any diagrams or tips!

Emma :)

You could have had that one if you wanted it. A bit far away though as well.
