External gas tanker user guide?

I have a 1989 T3/T25 Westfalia (since just over a year).
External LPG gas tank controls:
I have looked through all the VW websites, searched and googled, but cannot find any diagram, user guide, explanation, etc of what the gas controls are and how to use them. The official Westfalia manuals I have or downloaded provide no info (except standard gas safety tips).

See photo (link at end:
Some things I know: the refill connection on the right (which I have used), the 'how full' gauge, and the main on-off brass control in the middle.

What I don't know:
- the red plugged nut just to left of gauge
- the 3 red bits on the far left.
- One, I believe is for connecting to an external BBQ (but I don't know how to use it).
- the orange-red lever, which if you flip over has 'ZU' on it
- red valve control in the top left corner

The main reason I need to understand this is because the main on-off control tap has started to leak. Ok when shut, but when I open it, gas leaks from behind it. The same if I open it all the way. It looks like vwbusshop.de can supply a replacement valve, but there are two similar ones, and of course it would be great to know how to fit it safely.

Any help or advice will be appreciated.
[The forum does not properly explain how to show an image. All the FAQ says is: "To display the image use the BBCode [img] tag." No help. Plain English please]

Have a look at westfaliat3.info
Especially this pdf, page 6&7

From right to left.

Big brass thing is the filler point with cap on.
Next is the gauge.
Ignore the next bit with the red centre.

Next is the on off valve , turn it on before use and off after use.
Then is the regulator.

Next is another on off valve, at the moment it's in the off position. Pull the lever forward to turn on before use and naturally off after.

The lower red one is the BBQ take off and above it is the selector valve which is in the BBQ direction. Rotate it 45 deg to the leftleft to select the internal system for your kitchen.

Thanks for the help, especially the Joker manual.

However, 2 things I want to do:

1. how to empty the tank safely (in order to repair as below)
2. how to replace the main on-off valve, which leaks gas from behind it when I open it. (Someone told me that the leak may stop if I open it all the way - but that's not the case)
For the placement valve, I can see vwbusshop.de provides these, but there are two similar ones. I need to know which one I need.

The Joker manual is helpful, but somewhere there must be a full technical manual for the LPG tank.

Thanks

Bearing in mind its age, probably best to replace rather than repair. See Gasit or tinleytech websites for red 4 hole leisure tank solutions. Very similar to the original but with a simplified valve arrangement.
