Painting Wing Mirrors - Awesome results!

So, my wing mirrors were in poor shape, faded and looking awful and I wanted to replace them. Before doing so I thought I'd have a go at painting them.

If you look at the pictures you can see the results are great, really impressed. I used VHT spray paint, I had a few cans lying around as I used them on my motorbike forks. The finish on metal is almost powder coat quality, gives a baked on ceramic appearance.

The plastic mirrors now look as good as new so I'm going to use this on my bumpers and trim.

Thanks for looking, definitely worth a go!

Certainly a huge improvement from what I can see. Thinking if giving mine a couple of coats of high build before top coating to 'lessen' the texture of the plastic. May work - may not!!
