Painting Wing Mirrors - Awesome results!
Posted: 25 Jul 2015, 00:36
So, my wing mirrors were in poor shape, faded and looking awful and I wanted to replace them. Before doing so I thought I'd have a go at painting them.
If you look at the pictures you can see the results are great, really impressed. I used VHT spray paint, I had a few cans lying around as I used them on my motorbike forks. The finish on metal is almost powder coat quality, gives a baked on ceramic appearance.
The plastic mirrors now look as good as new so I'm going to use this on my bumpers and trim.

Thanks for looking, definitely worth a go!
