) that my camper started life as a Vaillant Boiler service van, just wondering if anyone else has got one?

Yes dreadful boilers, I've just had to replace mine after only 29 years of trouble free service, some things are made for planned obsolescence.

Hello,
I always wanted to know what the 'aillant' meant on the van roof and found the picture you linked to a year or so ago. If you have any other info I'd be pretty interested.

Hi JonB,
Thanks for your post, Your the only person so far I have found with a vaillant van ! Is yours still vaillant green with a white roof? love to see some pics if you have any.
I found out mine was a vaillant van from the paint code. Vaillant gruen was the original colour of my van but it wasn't listed as an original T25 colour. Also my van was first registered as a right hand drive van in Germany. After asking the lovely people on here, I was told Vaillant bought T25 vans and imported them from Germany and used them as Vailliant boiler service vans. Then I found the picture

and it all made sense

Yeah still green (had a blow over a bit before I bought it) and has the original white roof. As per my previous post its had a 'Vaillant' sticker on its roof which has been removed but when it gets dirty you can clearly see what it used to say.
Plenty of photos here showing the progress whilst I converted it.

After seeing you post I had a quick browse and found the following link, the reg plate is damn close to mine (about 70 out) so it must be a Vaillant.

Don't suppose you know what RAL colour Vaillant is, got some nasty seam rust which need sorting.
