I ordered and received a left hand door regulator from VW Heritage. Dropped my van off this morning to the body shop to fit it. Turns out the new part is faulty and the window will not close. VW Heritage have kindly agreed to send a replacement, so hopefully that one will be ok, although it may be part of a bad batch. However, with my holiday due to start at the weekend, I need a fix. If the replacement is just as bad, does anybody out there have a spare or can recommend a supplier? Cheers.

Well the replacement (Meyle) part was also faulty, so the bodyshop has repaired and refitted the original one. Not perfect, but at least the window now closes. Their view was that these pattern parts are inferior and not fit for purpose. Shame!
