Big bumpers to doka project

Altered to fit engine lid using donor pieces side parts original and now doing a dry run prior to painting Question ,I have very rusty two angle metal brackets all bolted together with captive nuts and two spiral clips and screws which fix to the rear quarter panel with the two holes , is this original factory spec ? If so I can use as template for renewal
