What brake calipers do I have?! Help!

My brake calipers are looking very rusty (just like everything else) and either need a rebuild or replacement (like everything else) and also need new discs and pads etc.

I have found there are 4 types; ATE and Girling, early and late of each.

All I know is they are the early ones (square pads) but no clue which of the two types they are. No markings are visible as they are so rusty.

Been googling and came across a few threads on the subject where people seemed to be arguing over which of the two types they had!

So can anyone tell me definitively what they are? The van is a 1985 registered (Built September '84) by by the way:

They are early (as in square pad and not crescent shaped) ATE

The difference being:
Early:
Girling use G clips to secure their pins (I there are none visible on your pictures)
Where as:
ATE use sprung collars on their pins (you can't see these but it will become obvious when you knock the pins out.

However, if you are fitting a pair, then it doesn't really matter either way although you would have to add a fitting kit if you fitted Girlings.

Pads are the same.
