Hi guys,
My FNS Break Line is corroded and split so needs replacing. It's the small section that connects to the caliper hose, can anyone say if I ordered right size parts as the look bigger?
Lastly can anyone remind me of the break line diameter and the type of flare I should do?

OK thanks.
Can I ask how you fabricated the new piece? Did you remove old and copy or bend etc when fitting? I'm worried about kinks in the pipe.

I'm only guessing, but I'd say you are going to need some kind of pipe bending spring, so you don't kink the pipe. Or something along the lines.
But.......we shall see what the more enlightened say.

I picked up a small bore pipe bender from a cheap shop for the times when I need a perfect bend like a couple of 90 deg bends in different planes close together but for the majority just a hand made bend is all that is needed.
