Options for extra seats

Guys, I'm wondering what are the options for adding extra seats to a T25. The holdsworth I'm looking into only has two in the back and I need at least one more seat. The actual van has zig-zag rails going from front to back mounted onto the floor in the living area - could these be rails for a middle seat?

Just trying to get some ideas of what others may have done before committing

I've fitted the centre rear seat from a Sharan (integral lap belt) facing the rear (or the front - the seat fits either way) just behind the front seat passenger. Did that because we had a Sharan (but you can get them off eBay) and needed to be able to fit 5 in the van for travelling, and we only have a 3/4 rock and roll in the back (with 2lap and diagonal belts)

Try again

What isn't shown is the brackets which lie beneath the carpet of the Sharan. Got mine from someone on another forum somewhere who had posted them up for sale, as our Sharan was still alive at the point. Here is another that is no longer for sale

These were bolted through the floor, and the 1/2 in ply that I seem to have as flooring. I used some solid bits of metal to spread the load, cut off an old trailer I was dismembering. One set of bolts fitted just in front of the crossmember that supports the tank, so flexible fingers needed! You also need to have a hole cut in the floor (just the 1/2in ply in my case) to give room for the "claws" on the seat legs to grip round the bracket.

There is plenty of leg room in the rear seat with the Sharan seat turned forwards, with it turned backwards the passengers have to agree not to kick each other, so often my better half goes there, and the 6'5" loon goes in the front seat!
