You are going to need approximately 1.5 litres of DOT 4.
DOT 4 is the most commonly available brake fluid type so pretty much everywhere sells it. Start at the furthest away from the master cylinder first...so on a right hand drive that's the nearside rear (closest to the pavement). Run 250ml through each bleed nipple until its clear and bubble free.
Top tip is to use a turkey baster to suck out the majority of the old fluid from the reservoir first, then refill with fresh. This prevents the first line you are bleeding refilling with old contaminated fluid.
Ideally....you should bleed your hydraulic clutch at the same time.
The DOT 4 containers should be 'foil sealed'

And don't let your missus pick the container up and give it a good shake (putting air bubbles in it) which is what one of my ex's did!!!!

I refreshed mine 2 years ago. Hells bells, it was the colour and consistency of coke. I wish I'd taken a few pics of it in a clear glass jar to put up on here.

What did she do next, cut your brake lines???
I'm assuming her intention was to introduce air into your braking system.
