Hi, help please.

T25 Problems with sliding door, it's done this twice now, first time mechanic fixed it while in getting refurbed, but now it's done it again, hoping it's an easy fix and can do it myself.
Sliding door locks itself when you close it from the inside and will not open again, but if someones outside it opens normally from outside, when it was last fixed the mechanic said something had "slipped" inside??? anyone had the same happen, bit of a safety issue as have to get out drivers/passengers door which is high up, and I have a little boy so not ideal.

Any help appreciated

Thanks :ok

Hi Gina,

Does the little black lock button on the inside work when the door is closed or is it loose ?

My "late" van has a child lock (similar to rear doors on most cars)
small brass coloured lever on the side of the door, near the handle. its the part of the door that you cant see when the door is closed.

Same as Tony above. I thought our lock was knackered then just realised it was the brass child lock.
