2.0 Aircooled flexi pipe exchanger to central alternative?

Anyone know what and who can supply decent alternatives for parts 6 and 7 on here? Pipe 7 on my bus is wrecked (age/weather and heat) but I'm not sure what folks are using as alternatives nowadays...
