				Hi,
Has anyone taken out the sliding windows in a high top. They are fitted to a 1988 Auto Sleeper.
There is a filler strip around the frame with screws behind as though the outside frame is fixed to the inner frame Tried removing those but no joy.
Any ideas.
Thanks
Don

Pictures will always help. I took mine out recently to replace the rubbers. Although not an Auto sleeper they could be similar. Mine is an aluminium frame that is screwed together. You can unscrew the frame to replace or repair various parts of it such as the glass or felt strips. Hope that helps a little.

You can still get the filler strip from the spares dept. at AS.
I believe they are available from caravan parts stores too.

				Hi,
Just had a reply from Autosleepers.
After removing filler strip take out screws and run a knife behind the frame ie between window frame and roof.
You may also have to run a knife around the inside frame to 'cut' thro sealant.
Filler strip also available from Seals Direct.
