I know that heater blower is in there some ware!!

Already been down that road, it's a pain in the ass.

That is the reason I have done without a blower for the last 14 years.

Nah, not that bad. Actually the hard part is splitting the plastic case to get the motor out. Getting that far is like lego.

The plus side is you realise you have masses of room for speaker pods. Mine sound superb and nothing on show.

Paid a garage to do mine last year. Put me off looking at some of the pictures others had posted up. Most things I will have a go at....but not that

I'm planning on putting the new speedo cable in and replacing all the bulbs to led. I would fit a new LCD clock I can't find one?

Been there, agree with Covkid on splitting the box. It was as stressful as bomb disposal.

finally got it!!

I think Brickwerks sells metal clips to put it (heater box) all back together gain.

Sure I read that somewhere myself, older ones like mine are clipped together ( smug look on face ) time now to give everything a clean

I took it out - cleaning was painful, can't imagine doing it with part in the dash still. But I did have to drill a screw

I did this job about 12 months or so ago..... only to find my early van does not have a heater blower .... good practice taking it all apart though.....
