Hi!

Brand NEW T25 Owner here. I have a leak in the Skylight... what is the easiest way to fix this?

Go around it with silicone?

....or do I have to remove the whole thing?

What type of conversion / skylight?

Certainly with the Westy skylights you'd probably be best removing if your want your repair to be anything other than a bodge. When we got our Westy we had leaky skylights which we had to remove as the sealant under the skylight to the roof had gone and the screws holding the skylight had corroded badly. Most of the work to remove them was done from the inside, and then once we had the unit removed we could sort out the frame at the roof opening, clear off the old sealant, and re-install with stainless steel screws and Sikaflex 512.

A word of caution - sometimes the plastic for these old rooflights can be quite brittle so proceed with care.
