morning.
does anyone know if the heater matris were the same in all models or did they change, i`ve sourced on in a scrap yard on a petrol model "mines deisel 1990" but i dont know what year it is.
anyone ever changed one and knows what sort of a job it is.

Only one part number listed for the actual matrix (heat exchanger) so they are all the same, though the external plastic parts may have differences between model years and petrol and diesel.

If you can afford to buy a new one I would, as the the hassle of stripping out the dash to fit a second hand one which may fail a couple months later may not turn out to be such a bargain. while its all out may be worth giving the blower motor the once over as well.

hi, i've just got a new matrix from www.adrad.co.uk can't remember how much but it was between £30 and £40 and £10 postage. far better getting an new one than an old one. you don't know how much corotion there is in an old one.
