Retrofit power steering options

Hi guys!

I've finally finished fitting my Subaru engine and have also fitted a smaller steering wheel!
Driving the van last weekend I've decided that although I'm happy driving the van like this with no power steering, my partner won't be and although I'm happy for this to continue (women drivers and all) I think it would be nice for her to be able to drive it if she needs to e.g if I'm not around and I've left the keys or I die or something.

So my question is, do I try and use the Subaru pas pump that I have and but the rest of the parts needed to make it all work, rhd steering rack + pipes?
Or chop my steering column in half and got an electric system?

P.s Just kidding about women drivers, I'm sure they are equally as good/bad as men......

Find a rhd power rack first. The subaru pump will work ok with the VW PAS rack, all been done before.

See if you can find a van with EPS fitted and try it you may find you like it. It easier to fit but the purists on here prefer standard system but a lot don't mind EPS.
