Hi,
Not long had my Reimo converted camper and love it big time!! But the exhaust pipe comming out of the back box has got some holes in it. Not the back box it's self but the "U" bend which joins it going towards the engine.
Can anyone tell me if this is a standard part fform somewhere or where to get one made.
I'm in Rochester in kent if anyone knows someone who will make one or know where I can get the bits to make one myself???

Any help appreciated,

Cheers,

Scottie :o)

When conversion was done it probably used the 1.6 exhaust. Any chance of a pic and then it can be indentified

That U bend is nothing like the standard 1.6TD header pipe. If you have a look on Just Kampers at the exhausts section you can see what the usual headers are like, and whether it would be worth getting one and cutting to suit.

If your 1.9TD motor uses the standard turbo arrangement and manifold then it should all fit together quite easily, if it`s been cobbled to suit then you`re into making a one-off :? Either wat it`s not hard if you`re machanically minded and have access to a vice, a saw and a mig welder. If you have to resort to making it from scratch then I would look at stainless steel, as the header does get a lot of weather hitting it where it is right behind the wheel :(

The back box is a standard 1.6td but the rest is a bodge up.

looks like a 1.6 na diesel system to me, a bit bodged but fundamentally a CS engine exhaust.

Thanks for your help.
I looked on the JustKampers website and it does look like the 1.6 exhaust system.
I'll order the part and that will, i'm sure, be a good start....
