LED headlamps: potential problem when on the continent

So far so bright and all that, low current draw etc but....

I cant see how you can fit beam benders on them to drive on the right and not dazzle oncoming traffic.

Or am I missing something?

Do they not have "flat" beam profiles - i.e. neutral.
My last bike had a universal headlight.

That's what I cant work out. If they are like US DOT headlamps then no problem, but I think they are sold as rhd or lhd...
