Club 80-90 Forums

Hi all, new to the club and joined the forum a few weeks ago.
I'm looking at doing my first service on the van this weekend and I'm a bit unsure on what engine oil to be using.
I've done some research and various people seem to say various different types.
It's a 1986 1.9 watercooled petrol.
Any help would be much appreciated!
