It just appears that way Terry - it only shows up in the bid history when someone gets the 'highest bid' - therefore if someone already said highest they'd pay was a tenner, and the current bid is at 4 quid, you bid a fiver, but they'll automatically beat that, and show up as the next 'bidder' at six quid - therefore their name will appear twice in a row.......
