HI,

Can anyone recommend a good route to run the signal wire from the coil to the rev counter. Mine is a 1985 van so doesnt have the signal already at the dash.

Underneath to be honest. Tie it up out the way and keep going until you get to front bumper then up behind dash, alongside existing cables via a grommet and to dashboard inside. Can be done inside but its a right faff usually requiring holes and grommets anyway.
