Interior build from scratch

So I got my van back yesterday. It's had new brakes, suspension, rack bushes and the welding almost finished.
The plan is to now start the interior and paint it with a roller when weather permits. Here's how we stand....

Plenty of scope there, then.....
Interesting place to have a table leg socket. Doesn't that mean that the table top is on a slope?

That's been there since I bought the van. It had an old interior so I chucked it. I think I still have that table between the front seats so il check it out but I don't remember it being wonky.

The first job was to clean the inside and treat/paint all exposed areas. I have since found a few leaks that will need dealing with first. One on the near side rear window, water collecting in the inner arch. And the other from the offside sliding window.

Here it's collecting in the inner arch.

You can see where the tissues are the water is running down here.

It's all wet here on the inside of the rubber.

So..... Now to find out why this is happening with newly fitted windows. There are a few things I was advised to sort which I will post pictures of. Problem is the rain means I can't seal the outside of the seals now so hoping for a dry day soon.

What could be causing the leak on the rear window?

The seal doesn't quite meet here so that's where il need to put a blob of sealant. The water is between the rubber and glass all the way along the bottom edge not sure if that's an issue.

There are a few small holes at the top, too.

Maybe this isn't helping?

There are also a few holes in the frame of the sliding window.

What started as an interior project quickly turned into a leak problem! Mods feel free to move to BSG and I can always start a fresh once the leaks are sorted.

I've got those holes on my sliding window, but they are at the bottom though, I assumed they were drain holes to allow waterto drain out of the channel

Cheers. I think they may be. I remember when the window was fitted he mentioned he had fitted it upside down.

I know some people say to put a bead of sealant under the seal when fitting windows. Trouble is that the seal is quite tight to the metal.

There seems to be a gap in the fixed window and metal on the passenger door. This door was used rather than repair the old one. Just seen this now. This has to be letting water in somewhere. Does anyone have any knowledge on fixing this please?
