Hi Guys,

My 04 zafira blower has just stopped working on variable speed, but still works on the flat out setting. I therefore assume the resistor has gone. But where is it and how straight forward is it to replace?!

Tis common have done this on couple of vectra's,the temp fuse thing is torpedo shaped with a wire each end,get the right one from maplin cut old one off leaving enough wire to use electrical choc bloc and shape the new one to fit, no need for solder I have seen it on youtube if you can find it...

Resistor pack common to Vauxhalls of the era, check main dealer price they are often cheaper than pattern parts.
