what's this pipe called?

What's the big short rubber/plastic pipe that connects the air filter to the main air intake called? (Diameter's the size of a clenched first, turns through a right angle and is held each end with a jubilee clip).

There's a great big split in it, might not matter too much, but effectively removes the air filter.

I can't find the part to replace it, tried searching for air pipe hose etc. Not sure if I've got the right name?
